Return Process

  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack your item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective anti-static materials are included.

  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will verify the hardware's condition within 3-5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
